What we collect
If you sign up to our mailing list, we collect the email address you enter and a record of your consent (which form you used and when). We do not ask for your name, address or payment details on this site.
Why we use it
We use your email address only to send you &Black&White updates — new episodes, the kids app & game launch, and merch drops, depending on which form you signed up through. We do not sell or rent your email address, and we do not use it for advertising profiling.
The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the signup form.
Who processes it
Our mailing list is hosted by MailerLite, which stores and sends emails on our behalf as a data processor. Your email address is stored in their systems under their own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Unsubscribing removes you from future mailings; on request we will delete your record entirely.
Your rights
You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by writing to us. You can also ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for a copy, or ask for it to be erased. If you are in the EU/EEA you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
